Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the Supervisor of Registration, Switchboard and Patient Information (RSPI), the Administrative Support III is responsible for responding to Patient Calls, Registration, Reception, and may include Scheduling and Referrals. As an Administrative Support III registration clerk, you provide a critical function in supporting patients as they call, obtaining patient information, and accurately entering information in the patient care systems. This position is expected to communicate effectively to provide exceptional customer service to the patients, clients and the general public. If required, as a Registration and scheduling clerk, you manage assigned clinics that require collaboration with the Providers, Nurses, and Unit Clerks for corresponding treatments, diagnostics, or clinical trials.
