Administrative and Office Support
Oakville
$23/hr
Monday to Friday 9-5
Duties:

  • Provide administrative assistance
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Manage shared inboxes, filing systems, and meeting logistics.
  • Support onboarding, recordkeeping, and overall office coordination.
  • Maintain an organized, well-supplied, and professional office environment.
  • Manage inventory, orders, and logistics with trainers and consultants.
  • Assist with client documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate databases and prepare summary reports.
  • Support performance tracking and document organization.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; database experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
