Description Administrative and Office Support Oakville $23/hr Monday to Friday 9-5 Duties:
Provide administrative assistance
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Manage shared inboxes, filing systems, and meeting logistics.
Support onboarding, recordkeeping, and overall office coordination.
Maintain an organized, well-supplied, and professional office environment.
Manage inventory, orders, and logistics with trainers and consultants.
Assist with client documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
Maintain accurate databases and prepare summary reports.
Support performance tracking and document organization.
Requirements:
3+ years of administrative experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; database experience preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills
