We are looking for a positive, detailed-oriented team member to provide administrative support in our small office. This is a temporary role (20 hours/week for 6 months, with possible extension.)
Key Duties:
Greet clients and create a safe, welcoming, trauma-informed environment.
Answer phones, take messages, update client records.
Assist with payroll, expenses, book keeping, and financial reporting.
Prepare reports, timesheets, and correspondence.
Manage office supplies, mail, and file systems.
Support staff with scheduling, reminders and general office needs.

Respect for confidentiality and ability to work in a trauma informed way.
Experience with office administration, book keeping, or payroll and asset.
Comfortable working as part of a small, collaborative team.
