Belleville Toyota has an exciting opportunity to join our accounting team as an Administrative Support Representative for a maternity leave replacement. We are family run dealership and are dedicated to providing our guests with experiences that will not only meet, but exceed all of their expectations.
As an administrative support representative, you will be responsible to:
Process and calculate commission payments for our sales consultants for all new and used deliveries
Assist with vehicle licensing functions
Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks
Complete the daily deposit
Assist with other accounting related tasks
The Ideal Candidate will have experience:
Minimum post-secondary education with a focus on Finance and Accounting
1-2 years experience in a similar position with experience working in a dealership (Considered an asset)
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Strong communication skills
Strong organizational and mathematical skills - to be able to organize every deal and calculate commissions accordingly
Strong time management skills - for payroll deadlines
Strong ability to work under pressure
Wage based on experience $19.00 to $20.00 per hour

The initial contract will be for a period of 9 months but may be extended for a longer term at a later date. Looking for a minimum of 30 hours per week Monday to Friday.
