POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for performing secretarial and clerical duties as required at the reception area of the Firestone Ambulatory Clinic and all associated clinics within Firestone Program. Duties include: reception and registration of patients, answering telephones, calling patients to confirm appointments, relaying messages, booking patients for various tests and doctor visits, typing of lab reports and correspondence, transcription, filing, chart preparation, and other related clerical duties as assigned by Ambulatory Clinic Supervisor and/or Manager. Supporting all clinics of the Firestone Ambulatory Clinic.
