Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Executive & leadership team, administration, and departments on all relevant SPARK initiatives, events, projects, and production work
Document creation, maintenance and records management
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Assist with special initiatives and fundraising events
Manage tech assets with IT support
Support employee's life work cycle; recruitment, onboarding, training, etc.
Support Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee
General reception and office duties
Professional communication; written and verbal
Personal Suitability:
Sound judgement, decision-making and problem solving skill set
Able to work independently and efficiently
Approachable - a people person, team-oriented
Qualifications and Requirements:
Post-secondary education in a Business Administration field or relevant administrative experience
Experience and/or education in Human Services (asset)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license with a 3-year clean driving record
