Job Overview:



The Administrative Services Clerk plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of office activities by managing document scanning and organization, handling incoming and outgoing mail, performing data entry tasks, maintaining mailroom supplies, and assisting with various administrative responsibilities. This position also involves managing postage-related activities and collaborating with other teams to support efficient administrative and office operations flow.



Key Responsibilities:

Organize and update file boxes in storage facility, including sorting, Excel maintenance, and coordinating drop-offs/pickups Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail to appropriate recipients or departments Handle outgoing mail, including Canada Post pickup, courier arrangements, and postage machine operation Perform CSS Smartsheet tasks such as filing, saving, uploading, and document verification. Engage in various data entry activities Maintain mailroom supplies, room organization, and postage records, including yearly rate verification Manage spreadsheets for postage and recoveries Assist with projects, photocopying, printing, shredding, welcome package reviews, and support other administrative and operational teams as needed




Key Qualifications:

Clerical or Customer Service Experience is considered an asset All internal candidates must have demonstrated the ability to be flexible, proactive, and reliable Good knowledge of MS Word, including documents formatting Good knowledge of all Microsoft applications Attention to detail, including sufficient knowledge of spelling and grammar Proven ability to build collaborative relationships within the organization

Compensation:



$36,000 - $37,500 per annum
