Queen Victoria Hospital in Revelstoke, B.C. has an exciting opportunity for a relief part-time (0.60FTE) Administrative Services Assistant to join their team! This is a relief position until return of incumbent on November 2, 2026, and is scheduled for day shifts on Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 15:38.

What Will You Work On?

In this role you will perform a variety of reception, administrative and Health Unite Aide support duties including:

Data entry including gathering, organizing, collecting, collating and verifying information, typing correspondence Scheduling and confirming client appointments as well as receiving, recording and checking balances of cash transactions Maintaining and cleaning medical/surgical supplies, equipment and HCIS resource material Cleaning, setting up and dismantling rooms, cleaning/sanitizing toys and equipment Weighing and measuring babies, calibrating equipment, vision screenings

What should your application include?

A 5-minute typing test (40+ nwpm) from a recognized institution, completed within the past 48 months (non-supervised tests not accepted). Grade 12, Certificate from a recognized office administration certificate program, plus One year recent related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Current valid BC Driver's License. * Ability to type at 40 nwpm
