Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Location: Toronto, ON - Onsite

Requirements:
SUMMARY:
As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for all clients. You will handle the flow of people through the business and assist customers with meeting details and boardroom bookings.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Schedule meetings and events, working with customers in planning client meetings and retrieval of correct details
Perform other duties on a large team of service associates as required: server, administration duties, meeting room setup/take down
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Professional appearance
Solid communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
EXPERIENCE:
Experienced delivering services in a client environment.
EDUCATION:
Minimum High School diploma or equivalency.
