  • Manage daily office operations
  • Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Support sales team and coordinate with clients
  • Handle general administrative tasks

  • Location: Concord, ON
  • Training: In-office; hybrid after training
  • Starting pay: $22/hr, with increases over time

  • Friendly, sales-minded approach when speaking with clients
  • Ability to multitask and keep an office running smoothly
  • Previous admin or sales support experience is an asset
  • Hebrew speaking - an asset
