Your Opportunity




As an Administrative Office Assistant / Client Solutions Receptionist, you will be a vital member of the Administrative Team, reporting to the Assistant Controller. In this role, you will support both front-of-house client experience and back-end administrative operations.


You will serve as the firm's first point of contact, providing exceptional client service, while also taking initiative and ownership over key administrative practices that support the entire firm.

Your Scope



Client Experience & Reception:



Deliver exceptional white-glove service when welcoming guests to KRP, including corporate and high-net-worth clients. Manage the general inquiry inbox, multi-line phone system, and all in-person engagements to ensure timely and attentive service. Present yourself professionally, serving as a brand ambassador for the firm. Act as the communication conduit between external inquiries and internal subject matter experts, gathering information and transitioning prospective client leads. Respond promptly to inquiries, verify details when needed, resolve issues, and proactively anticipate client needs. Assist Partners and Leadership with meeting room scheduling, coordinating refreshments, and supporting employee events. Maintain and take pride in the "First Impression" area, ensuring the executive space remains organized, welcoming, and client-ready. Provide reception coverage during daily breaks, vacation, and sick days as part of the job-share arrangement.

Administrative Operations:



Open, sort, process, and deliver incoming and outgoing mail. Prepare and coordinate courier packages, including daily call-ins for pick-ups. Complete daily deposits and process Visa and MasterCard payments. Perform bank and post-office runs. Support electronic archiving and rolling forward of client files. Maintain inventory and ordering of office, kitchen, and coffee supplies. Assist with hospitality duties for firm events and internal functions. Communicate professionally with all firm members, clients, and third-party vendors.

Your Qualifications:



3+ years of experience in reception, hospitality, client service, or administrative support roles. Experience in a professional services environment of considered an asset. A diploma in Office Administration or Legal Assistance is an asset. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills and strong phone manners. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong understanding of customer satisfaction principles. Knowledge or experience with CaseWare and Tax Prep is an asset. Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and balance both reception and administrative work.
