Administrative & Marketing Coordinator - Burlington, ON
Full-time | In-office | $50,000+ annually (commensurate with experience)
We're looking for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you're organized, steady, and comfortable juggling a mix of admin and marketing tasks, this role could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
Keep client files, listings, and transaction records organized and up to date
Manage calendars, communication, and basic CRM updates
Help prepare and polish marketing materials (both print and digital)
Coordinate appointments, timelines, and day-to-day office tasks
Support agents with documentation and client follow-ups
Contribute to our social media development and marketing efforts as needed
What You Bring
Solid administrative experience and a knack for details
Comfort with AI tools plus Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
Clear, professional communication
A reliable, proactive, solutions-minded approach
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Experience in real estate is very helpful, but not required
Compensation:
$50,000+ annually, based on experience
