A typical day:

ul

li
Handles inquiries from prospective residents professionally and courteously
/li

li
Provides superior customer service to both internal and external clients by identifying and understanding the needs of others
/li

li
Conduct viewings of the property and suites with prospective residents and sell the value of the property and its features in order to obtain a commitment to rent as required
/li

li
Encourages appointments or viewings with all prospective resident walk-ins, email inquiries and calls
/li

li
Negotiates leases to obtain optimum value
/li

li
Monitor the sales path daily to ensure common areas and suites are clean and up to standards
/li

li
Collect and ensure accurate and complete information regarding prospects and applicants are entered into the leasing system
/li

li
Assists with completion of incoming and outgoing suite inspections and documentation as required
/li

Successful candidates will have:

Minimum of 1 years experience in sales, customer service, real estate, hospitality, or marketing
/li

li
High school diploma required, College Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree is preferred
/li

li
Must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal relationship skills
/li

li
Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and proficiency with Yardi
/li

li
Flexibility in hours. Evening and/or weekend work may be required.
/li

li
Double-vaccinated against COVID.
/li

li
A criminal verification check is required for employment
/li

Agilus is recruiting for a Administrative/Leasing Assistant in the real estate/property management sector in in Montreal, Quebec. This is a contract role with possibility of an extension To view this posting in French, please refer to posting #138036 A typical day:

  • Handles inquiries from prospective residents professionally and courteously
