Position Details
Location:
Dean Cooley GM, Dauphin, MB
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Salary Range:
$17.00-20.00 based on experience and performance

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Customer Service:
Answer, screen, and redirect incoming calls with professionalism
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly manner
Schedule and coordinate service appointments
Follow up with customers on bookings, updates, and job completions
Provide outstanding customer service and support
Financial & Administrative Duties:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Handle basic accounts receivable functions (receipting, reconciling payments, following up on overdue accounts)
Process warranty receivables with accuracy
Handle basic accounts payable functions (collecting invoices, reconciling balances, issuing payments)
Process customer payments as cashier for the Service Department
Track open work orders and parts on order
Operational Tasks:
Stock new inventory as it arrives
Order and stock office supplies
Compile spreadsheets and utilize internal computer systems
Assist with service marketing efforts
Support Health and Safety program implementation

Ideal Candidate
Excellent computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Outstanding phone etiquette and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with computer systems and software
A critical thinker who identifies solutions to problems
Self-starter capable of working independently following direction
Outgoing, personable, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to make independent decisions and identify process improvements
Willing to learn with strong information retention
Minimum: High School Diploma
