Full-Time Office Administrative Coordinator

to be an integral part of our administrative team, providing essential support to both our travel advisors and customers. This role is built with a

, ensuring every interaction and task--whether assisting clients, supporting travel advisors, or coordinating key business functions--is driven by excellence, efficiency, and a commitment to service.

What You'll Do:

?

Reception & Customer Service

- Be the welcoming face to our clients and voice of our office, providing exceptional service and support.
?

Travel Insurance Sales -

A key requirement of this position will be to complete the insurance certification course upon hire. Once complete, you will be required to administer travel insurance to our clients. ?

?

Event Coordination

- Plan and coordinate consumer events with the administrative team and work directly with suppliers.?

Event Management

- Ensure clear understanding and the execution of event setup, marketing, and promotions.?

Travel Sales

- Sell travel packages with a defined yearly sales target.?

Office Communications

- Manage and maintain clear, professional communications with admin team, travel agents and clients.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in the travel industry

- Prior travel agency experience is a must and top priority.
?

Customer-Centric Mindset

- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building relationships within the Center team.

Organized & Detail-Oriented

- Able to multitask, prioritize, and keep operations running efficiently.

- Comfortable engaging with clients, suppliers, and the team.

Tech-Savvy

- Proficient with

Eventbrite

, Social Media, office management tools, and all booking systems. This is a

key role

with office hours of Tuesday to Saturday ensuring our office runs smoothly, clients receive top-tier service.

Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in customer service or customer support roles is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong clerical skills including typing speed and accuracy. Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
