Role Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator at Macdonald's HHC is a confident communicator who can speak their mind whilst bringing organization and process to our small team environment. They are responsible for answering phone calls and emails, creating sales quotations, as well as communicating with clients and healthcare professionals promptly and respectfully.
The Administrative Coordinator position is key in ensuring that the team remain on track and organized in their day-to-day activities and provides a watchful eye to confirm the team are following process and procedures. This team member must be able to guide communication effectively, be able to anticipate needs, keep calm under pressure, find comfort with last-minute changes and remain consistently organized.
