Job Description

: We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner Schedule and confirm patient appointments Manage patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient care Handle patient billing Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes Maintain a clean and organized clinic reception area Provide support for special projects and tasks as needed EMR scanning Update reports and logs

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Flexibility to work weekends

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Education:

Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:

Front desk: 1 year (required)
Work Location: In person
