Department Overview:
The Respiratory Therapy Administrative Coordinator (AC) performs and coordinates advanced technical or administrative related tasks. The AC emphasis is on advanced technical knowledge and coordinating administrative work or activities to ensure a smooth flow of services and operations. This position focuses specifically on administrative support to the leadership team, respiratory staff, and the PAS coordinator in diagnostics. Performs Kronos scheduling and time corrections/timekeeping.
In addition, this position coordinates important systems such as OHSU information systems, timekeeping/ payroll, Oracle, office supply purchasing, Schedules, interacts with customers, answers phones and provides administrative support to multiple locations. Provide guidance and education to PAS employed in other ORGs. Perform clinical operations monitoring, including investigating clinic scheduling errors, patient volume and flow, unkept appointments and rescheduling. Function/Duties of Position:
Respiratory Staff Scheduler: Maintains accurate schedules in Kronos for Respiratory Services departments following the AFSCME Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), and resourcing respiratory leadership, Labor Relations and Human Resources as needed. To include:
