Nuframe is looking for a dependable and organized

Administrative Coordinator

to help keep our internal operations running smoothly. This role will provide direct support to our

departments -- helping us stay coordinated, responsive, and organized as we continue to grow.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be handling everything from onboarding support and document tracking to coordinating schedules, following up on requests, and assisting with internal systems.

Some of what you will do:



Provide general administrative support Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and organizing applicant information Support onboarding by preparing paperwork, setting up system access, and helping coordinate new hire orientation Track employee data, record updates, and organize internal documentation Coordinate communication between departments and escalate requests when needed Help maintain records for employee gear, benefits, and internal status tracking Support internal survey collection, social media coordination, and basic HR-related tasks Book travel and accommodations for staff as required Assist with tutorial formatting, system walkthroughs, and basic troubleshooting Keep internal trackers, checklists, and workflows organized and up to date

What You Bring:



Experience in an administrative, HR, or coordinator-type role (construction industry experience is a plus, but not required) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfort using digital tools like Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Docusign Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball Clear communicator and natural problem solver You're resourceful, proactive, and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
