As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Perform administrative duties including maintaining student records, processing forms, managing correspondence, and organizing documents.
Enrollment Management and Compliance Reporting: Maintain a record of all new enrollments and accurate reporting of student enrollments to the students aid department.
Campus Expense Management: Submit and reconcile reports for campus-related expenses ensuring all expenditures are accurately documented and categorized.
Student Payment Verification: Collect and verify student payment proofs, including receipts and transaction confirmations, and ensure they are sent to the finance department for accurate record-keeping and financial tracking.
General Support: Provide general support to visitors and staff, assisting with inquiries and resolving administrative issues as they arise.
Data Management: Maintain and update student information, organize digital files, conduct data audits, generate reports, and ensure data security.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all communications and records.
Administrative Procedures: Develop and update administrative systems to improve efficiency and support the overall functioning of the online operations.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members, providing support and guidance to the student services team when necessary.
