We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and deeply passionate about growing their career. The successful Administrative Assistant will be able to perform various administrative and office duties to support this growing, Ottawa based firm!Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and activities to ensure timely completion
- Manage and screen phone calls, taking messages and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting meeting minutes
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports
- Handle incoming emails, respond to routine inquiries, and forward emails to the relevant individuals
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
- Ensure security, integrity, privacy and confidentiality of data, documents
- Other general office duties to support the day-to-day business needs of the organization
