Job Description


Are you an experienced Administrative Coordinator, with Raiser\'s Edge experience and Team Management experience, looking for a challenge? Robert Half is currently partnered with a fantastic Non-Profit organization that is looking to add an Administrative Coordinator to its team. This position will start off as a contract and potentially move to a permanent placement opportunity.

What you will do

  • Prepare membership mailings
  • Research fundraising opportunities
  • Ensure the accuracy of the development database, donations, and receipts
  • Prepare written receipts
  • Provide assistance to partners
  • Prepare and distribute donor premiums
  • Maintain and analyze data
  • Produce and maintain accurate reports, records, and files
  • Participate in and support employee and volunteer performance management
  • Develop and train a team
  • Liaise with the finance department
  • Support ongoing programs
  • Develop queries, metrics, and tracking to monitor and measure program effectiveness
  • Be familiar with pertinent legislation, regulations, guidelines, policies, procedures, and collective agreemen
Requirements

What you will bring
  • At least 1 year of Raiser\'s Edge & Microsoft Office experience
  • Post-Secondary education in a related field
  • A positive history of team management
