Position overview: The Administrative Coordinator is part of the Human Resources department at RCL. The incumbent supports the Vice-president, Human Resources in her daily activities and collaborates with the entire Human Resources team. This role will assist with multiple facets of HR including, performing administrative functions such as managing invoices, preparing correspondence in both English and French, creating presentations, office management, coordinating multiple concurrent activities, scheduling meetings, and departmental activities, and interacting with individuals and groups at most levels in the organization.
