This role involves performing a variety of tasks including managing schedules, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence. The Administrative Coordinator serves as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and ensures that all administrative activities are carried out in a timely and effective manner.Advantages

Responding promptly to external and internal customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels e-mails and phone
Problem solving.
Customer account opening and modifications
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Creating quotations
Coordinating with operations on deliveries, inquiries.
Analyzing pricing, invoices, any discrepancies and creating adjustments accordingly.
Working on accounts receivable; working with customers on collection payment default, analyzing invoices and creating debit and credit memos
Monitoring on time delivery and communications with customers
Analysis of inventory levels, forecast, purchase orders, incoming inventory, firm orders
Creating various reports ei: order confirmations, forecast, volumes, etc\xe2\x80\xa6
Resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Meeting with customers as requiredQualifications

\xef\x82\xb7 High school diploma or equivalent
\xef\x82\xb7 Fluency in written and spoken French and English
\xef\x82\xb7 Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
