And we need a Customer Service-driven Administrative Coordinator to help make that happen!

Who we're looking for

We're searching for an enthusiastic and positive Administrative Coordinator who thrives on creating exceptional experiences for our staff, campers, and community members. As the first point of contact for all inquiries, you'll be an essential bridge between departments, helping create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all stakeholders. You'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks and operations support, ensuring the camp runs like a well-oiled machine. This role is integral to our operations, offering variety, a healthy team culture and opportunity for growth!



Key Responsibilities:

Customer First! Be the friendly and professional first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring all interactions are positive and productive.

Keep Things Running Smoothly: Manage the Village Office, including organizing supplies, handling mail, and coordinating with vendors to ensure everything we need is ready to go.

Support Our Team: Handle administrative HR duties like paperwork for new hires (seasonal and full-time), including credential checks and onboarding tasks.

Accounts Made Easy: Oversee accounts receivable, invoicing, payments, and data entry. Work closely with the Financial Controller to keep financial processes running smoothly.

Paperwork Hero: Manage summer and outdoor center contracts and ensure all the necessary documentation is in place before each group's arrival.

Reports & Insights: Generate reports from our database and assist the Director of Operations and Operations Team with any reporting needs.

Qualifications and Characteristics

Experience: 2-3 years in an administrative or office support role. Bonus points if you've worked in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment!

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable troubleshooting tech issues as they arise.

Organized & Efficient: Strong attention to detail with a knack for juggling priorities in a busy environment.

Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and friendly communication, both written and verbal.

Problem-Solver: Ability to resolve issues quickly and creatively, with a focus on delivering the best experience for everyone.
