Administrative Coordinator (1 2 Month Contract)

Job Description

We?re looking for an on-site Administrative Coordinator in the gaming and entertainment industry.
This is a 1-2 month contract opportunity.
Our client is a leading organization in the sports and entertainment sector, supporting charitable gaming initiatives and community events. The Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative and on-site support to ensure successful event execution, reporting accuracy, and smooth operations. Administrative Coordinator responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for gaming events, including raffles and in-venue activities
  • Maintain and organize sales and performance reporting in coordination with the Business Intelligence team
  • Support email marketing campaign reporting and assist with ongoing data updates
  • Track and restock raffle materials and supplies (ticket paper, aprons, etc.)
  • Coordinate schedules and support part-time gaming staff including raffle administrators and 50/50 sellers
  • Maintain the master raffle schedule, including prizes, sponsors, and beneficiaries
  • Assist with customer service inquiries and winner verification processes
  • Liaise with IT and business partners to resolve technical or operational issues in a timely manner
  • Support device and technology requests for external clients
  • Ensure current raffle creative and promotions are implemented across website, social media, and in-venue displays
  • Assist with customer communications (email, push notifications) and create content for social media campaigns
  • Coordinate sponsor offer activations and maintain promotional reporting
The successful candidate has:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (required) and confidence handling data and reports
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • Professional communication skills with a friendly, outgoing attitude
  • Ability to collaborate with an energetic, social team
  • Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work occasional evenings or game-day hours
Compensation and details:
  • Hourly rate: $20- 25.00 per hour
  • 1-2 month contract position
  • Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. ? 4:30 p.m. (occasional extended hours for events)
  • Free on-site parking!
  • Office located in downtown Edmonton
