Adecco is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our client's team in North Bay, Ontario. This is a temporary opportunity offering competitive hourly pay and a welcoming environment where customer care and efficiency are key.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience-preferably in a retail or healthcare setting-and will be comfortable handling both administrative and client-facing responsibilities.
Pay rate: $22/hour.
Location: North Bay, ON
Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:
Answer and make phone calls; take and relay messages efficiently.
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
Handle walk-in sales transactions and inquiries.
Clean, organize, and stock the showroom as needed.
Maintain accurate records and ensure a tidy, professional workspace.
Support internal administrative functions using Microsoft Office and company software.
Requirements:
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.
Customer service experience in a retail environment is required.
Experience in a medical or healthcare environment, or knowledge of CPAP equipment, is preferred.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Able to pass a criminal and vulnerable sector check.
Reliable, organized, and able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
