We are seeking an administrative clerk for a renewable 3-month temporary contract. The selected candidate will:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Administrative Clerk provides administrative support within the department. Key duties include:

Using word processing tools to transcribe and translate various documents, create tables, and prepare drafts when required. Participate in investigations conducted by Customer Experience Managers and simultaneously record all discussions. Ensure follow-up on invoices and expense accounts: verify, assign account and responsibility numbers, obtain approvals, and submit payment requests. Prepare daily materials and documents for onboard service employees. Distribute communications and other mailings across the Customer Experience employee network. Attend Safety and Health meetings, draft minutes, distribute them, and follow up on pending items. Order supplies and maintain an up-to-date inventory of tools. File regulatory documents. Perform any other related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Strong proficiency in word processing and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written, with translation capability in both languages.

EDUCATION:

Secretarial diploma or equivalent experience.
