Position Summary:



The Documents Coordinator position is an entry level position that will work with our AB Team and management and will report to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities:



Receiving and tracking of incoming reports Follow up with assessors on pending reports Releasing reports to legal, adjusters and family physicians Creating document lists Scanning, faxing and storing sensitive information Cross trained to provide temporary coverage as required Tracking, communicating and following up with internal and external stakeholders across various processes and assignments Other duties as required

Qualifications



Experience:



Administrative experience is an asset Technology skills - Google docs, teams, outlook Familiarity and use of Wisedocs is an asset Experience working in medical/legal industry an asset Working knowledge working with personal health information

Education and Certifications:



Working towards completion of college diploma/university degree in medical administration, health sciences, psychology, social sciences or related field

Knowledge and Skills:



Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple competing projects/deadlines Excellent verbal and writing skills Excellent problem-solving skills Able to effectively communicate internally and externally, both verbally and in writing Excellent organizational skills to prioritize job responsibilities and make progress on a complex agenda Strong regard for quality work and professionalism Ability to track and communicate progress and status of projects in a concise and effective manner

Pay: $18.00 per hour
