We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and customer service skills, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. This role is essential in supporting daily operations, managing office tasks, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for various administrative duties that contribute to the overall success of our office.
Duties
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Manage filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
Answer multi-line phone systems, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer support.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook and sales force for document preparation, appointment setting, and presentations.
Assist in sending work documents to the correct teams and departments
Provide administrative support to various departments as required, including clerical tasks such as typing correspondence and reports.
Handle customer service inquiries effectively, demonstrating strong communication skills.
Qualifications
Previous office experience is preferred; experience in a medical or dental office is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and outlook Workspace.
Strong typing skills with an emphasis on accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience with data entry and clerical responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
