The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. This role involves handling customer orders, delivering excellent customer service, and using computer systems to manage data, records, and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, process, and track customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in person to answer questions and resolve issues
Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times
Enter and update orders, customer information, and records in computer systems
Prepare invoices, confirmations, and basic reports as needed
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly
Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling, data entry, and document preparation
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, email systems)
Accurate data entry and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Basic office and administrative knowledge
Professional attitude and ability to work independently
