Potzus Ltd is one of Saskatchewan's largest construction companies. Established in 1966 we are a second generation family owned and operated business providing top quality work to the Government of Saskatchewan, various municipalities and the private sector. Day to day operations include earth moving, site prep, aggregate production, paving, and excavation. We are currently looking for candidate to work in our office as an administrative associate, responsible for front desk duties and assisting office staff with duties and responsibilities with administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities



Answer the phone and front desk duites Provide office managers with accurate data entry and information on request. Efficiently problem-solve and work independently effectively work on responsibilities and task as delegated. Perform other duties as required.

Required Knowledge and Skills



Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks within a high-pressure work site environment. Previous knowledge of aggregate crushing, paving or heavy equipment experience is an asset. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs. Ability to work well with others and take direction. Experience with SAGE accounting
