We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Vancouver. The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks including data entry, creating reports, note-taking, organizing meetings, and supporting operations. The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the General Manager and will also assist other departments as needed. This position requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The Administrative Assistant must be comfortable interacting with all levels of management as well as clients. Working on various projects and proposals, the Administrative Assistant must be highly organized with an excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, and Publisher.
