We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties



Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining a high level of customer support. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all information is up-to-date in our computerized systems. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy access to important information. Support medical office operations by coordinating patient records and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with clients, vendors, and staff members. Collaborate with team members on various projects, contributing to a positive work environment. acount receivables including collections

Requirements



Must have 2 years minimum local Alberta experience as well as,



Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in an

industrial customer support setting

. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in using crm computer software for data entry and office management tasks.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems is highly desirable. Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work is essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast and dynamic environment.
