We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing front office responsibilities, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong office experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with various office software to contribute effectively to our busy office environment.
Duties
Engage with clients in a courteous and professional manner
Manage various correspondence, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
Perform data entry with accuracy using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Handle filing, record keeping, and document management efficiently
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial recordkeeping as needed
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
Support operations if applicable, including organizing and entering data as needed
Experience
Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred, especially in office settings
Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google Workspace tools
Experience with data entry, filing systems, and multi-line phone systems is highly desirable
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in typing and proofreading tasks
Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
