What You'll Do
Welcome customers in person, over the phone, and via email, ensuring every interaction is professional and helpful.
Organize and book appointments, coordinating with technicians to keep workflow on track.
Prepare and process essential documents such as work orders, insurance forms, and intake sheets.
Handle billing, process payments, and maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
Keep the front desk and office area neat, organized, and inviting.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a smooth, positive customer experience.
Assist management with general office and administrative tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an administrative, reception, or office support role (automotive industry experience is a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Experience with Mitchell1 or similar automotive software is a strong asset.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and data entry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm, professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with automotive service terms or processes is an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or certifications are a bonus.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is considered an asset.
Compensation
Hourly wage:
$16-$20
, depending on experience and qualifications.
