Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors warmly
, creating a welcoming and professional office environment.
Manage
front desk operations
, including answering multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately, and handling inquiries with
excellent phone etiquette.
Schedule patient appointments, manage staff calendars, and coordinate follow-ups to optimize workflow.
Assist with
insurance claim
processing, verifications, and documentation as required.
Perform a
ccurate data entry, maintain organized electronic and paper records,
and manage filing systems.
Support administrative tasks such as
document preparation, proofreading, and correspondence.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and office-specific software (
Curve, Cloud 9
, or equivalent) efficiently.
Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting functions using QuickBooks or similar software.
Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) is a must.
Previous experience in administrative roles, particularly in
dental or medical clinics
, is highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience with
patient scheduling, insurance claims, and office paperwork
.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; familiarity with office management or scheduling software is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Ability to type accurately and maintain precise documentation.
