Our company is growing and we are hiring an enthusiastic, detail oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our company. You will be part of a dynamic team and manage the front end, including an exceptional customer experience for our clients while supporting the administrative needs of the office. Responsibilities
Answer telephones, screen and direct incoming calls while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour. Accurately document and relay messages as needed
Support staff administratively and with client meetings.
Perform general office duties, including organization & uploading of client documents into our CRM.
Assist with customer service inquiries, addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
Skills
2-5 years experience in an administrative and/or receptionist role
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, high proficiency with excel is an asset.
Familiarity with a CRM system, office equipment and phone systems to manage daily operations efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced well organized business environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Preference given to those candidates with insurance and investment administrative knowledge
This is an in person position located in our new office; Vaughan, Ontario
