We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Google Suite, and experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably within a dental office setting.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner at the front desk.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
Organize and file documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members as needed.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
Assist with various administrative tasks as required to support office operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is required.
Previous experience as a clerk or in an administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
