Possesses technical abilities:

• Is proficient with technology, including computer software

Responsibilities include:

• Providing support on a wide range of administrative tasks
• Greeting and entertaining guests who visit our premises
• Independently coordinating basic business functions such as mailing, shipping, customs, and transportation of artwork to/from suppliers, clients or locations; supporting our accountant with efficient and accurate data entry
• Updating administrative/management software; cataloging and tracking inventory, in addition to generating invoices, receipts, evaluations, shipping documents etc.
• Answering telephone calls, taking messages and providing basic customer service to prospective clients
• Filing expenses and coordinating information exchange between galleries
• Creating and formatting business documents
• Assist with keeping premises clean and tidy
• Opening and closing

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: DEC or Bachelor\'s Degree
• Prior experience as an administrative assistant and customer service.
• Proficient in english written and oral.
• Can work with Google Apps (Chrome, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar), Mac OS X, MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign, Lightroom, Photoshop...
