Key Responsibilities
Depending on the assignment, duties may include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact at reception, greeting visitors and answering phones professionally.
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to teams and leadership.
  • Calendar/email management; coordinating travel and minute taking.
  • Data entry and document preparation.
  • File management (electronic and paper-based).
  • Stepping in where needed to support overall office operations.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of recent administrative and/or receptionist experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Friendly, professional communication style.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and proactive.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Open to temporary and contract work.
