Job Summary


We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing front desk duties, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong office experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in various software tools to handle a diverse range of clerical tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities



Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy over the phone Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and proofreading documents Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Assist with administrative support tasks for various departments as needed Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming

Requirements



Experience not required Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry Experience with QuickBooks and bookkeeping is a plus Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in typing and proofreading Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette for handling multi-line phone systems Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Prior experience working at the front desk or as a receptionist is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.58-$23.28 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
