The role:



We are looking for a friendly and professional individual who has experience in other administrative roles. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable and has a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:



Answer phones & direct calls to individuals Provide administrative support to all employees as requested Greet/welcome customers and direct to appropriate person Type up quotes for customers Scan, copy and file documents Maintain and organize the cleanliness of the office Match packing slips with invoices

Must haves:



Extensive experience using Microsoft office Suite, with focus on Word and Excel Minimum of 3 years working in administrative roles Outstanding customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organization skills Punctual and Reliable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
