Responsibilities (not limited to):
welcoming patients/clients
attention to clients needs (scheduling, organizing inventory, lab needs)
scheduling and invoicing (taking payments) using Jane App
answering messages (by phone and email)
organizing and managing inventory
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week
Education:
Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
Administrative: 1 year (required)
Work Location: In person
