Job Description

*We will be going over resumes over the next few weeks with an intent to start interviews around mid-to-late January.

Looking for a friendly, confident & efficient applicant to work in a financial office. Must have good customer skills for answering phone and great attention to detail.

Job Duties include:



Manage inbound/outbound mail, including priority post, packages, courier services and other correspondence Help to organize office files and assist in ways to optimize procedures Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information Managing filing system Scanning and filing documents Maintaining a cleanly workspace

Requirements



High School Diploma or equivalent

Must be able to pass background check

Fluent in Microsoft programs (excel, word etc.)

Reliable, dependable & positive attitude

Highly organized and great attention to detail

Able to prioritize tasks and multi-task

Good problem-solving & analytical skills

Ability to work independently

Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills

Experience with Salesforce platform is an asset, but not required
