What You'll Do
Customer Interaction:
Greet and assist customers upon arrival, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You'll ask the right questions to make sure the customer is directed to the right place. You'll also handle calls and messages with professionalism and a smile in your voice.
Sales Department Support:
Use your attention to detail and outgoing personality to support the sales team with clerical tasks and help improve the overall customer experience. By jumping in where needed you'll help keep things running smoothly.
Administrative Support:
Keep our day-to-day operations on track by completing daily cashouts and bank runs, organizing correspondence, managing supplies, and keeping files in order. You'll be the steady hand that helps the team stay organized and efficient.
Document Creation:
Turn information into polished, professional materials--like letters, manuals, and forms--using publishing or form-creation tools. You'll use your digital know-how to make sure our documents look great and clearly reflect our company's voice and standards.
Professional and Personal Development:
Grow with us! You'll actively participate in performance planning exercises, stay up to date on company policies, and embrace our team culture of continuous learning and improvement.
What You'll Bring
2+ years experience in an Administrative Support role.
Certificate or diploma in office administration (preferred).
Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Adobe
Experience with electronic forms, Asana for project management, and other publishing software considered an asset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic math and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work performance.
Positive attitude and team-orientated approach.
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Confidence in managing multiple projects while staying organized, productive, and on schedule.
High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative, with a willingness to bring forward new ideas and see them through.
