Duties

Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
Maintain organized client files.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Ensure the front desk area is well-organized at all times.
Experience
Previous experience in a tax prep or accounting office.
Proficiency in computer skills including Intuit Profile.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and staff.
Ability to type accurately and efficiently for documentation purposes.
