Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties, including but not limited to:



Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner. Manage multi-line phone system, directing calls appropriately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Booking client appointments and managing team calendars. Handle clerical duties including electronic filing, typing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for document preparation, scheduling, and communication. Support administrative functions within the office, collaborating with team members to enhance workflow efficiency. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies. Assisting with marketing activities.

Requirements



Proven experience in an office environment; prior administrative experience is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly; experience with Salesforce is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
