Administrative Assistant / Receptionist :
As the Administrative Assistant Receptionist your primary duty is to ensure the firm's work environment continues to flow in an organized manner. You are the first person and the last person the client will see. The role is very suitable for someone who is strong with multi-tasking as there are always several tasks on the go. This includes but not exclusively:
-Scheduling client appointments
-General reception duties
-Printing and collating client deliverables
-Filing and storing client information
-Ordering office supplies
-Basic Bookkeeping for the firm
-Preparing letters and correspondences
-Collection calls to clients
-Work directly with the Practice Leader
-Work flow management
-Organizing data received from clients
-Fielding general questions from client calls and walk ins
The Ideal Candidate:
-Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
-Typing 60 wpm or more
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Experience interacting with high networth individuals
-Fluent in English
-Positive attitude
-Willingness to learn & adapt to a constantly changing environment
-Has worked in similar accounting firm roles before
