Role Description:



This is a part-time role, maximum 20 hours per week, on-site, for an administrative assistant located in Burlington, ON with opportunity for flexible start/end time. The administrative assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role includes tasks such as managing correspondence (mail and email), coordinating appointments, data entry and record keeping and handling communications with clients and vendors.

Qualifications:



Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service. Must be fluent in English proficiency in French is an asset. Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration is a plus Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced office environment. Previous experience in the Jewellery industry is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management are a plus.
